Agreement to Terms

By accessing or placing an order through dropsofterroir.jp ("this site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place any orders.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages through this site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.

Products & Pricing

All products listed on this site are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Japanese yen (JPY) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, though any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. An order is confirmed only when payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation email.

All Sales Final

All sales of alcoholic beverages are final. Due to the perishable nature of wine and applicable alcohol shipping regulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Shipping

Orders are shipped from California, United States. Delivery timeframes and shipping costs vary by destination. For full details, see our Shipping & Returns page. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, design elements, and software — is the property of Saffron Vineyard Wines, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saffron Vineyard Wines, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
